Setup Steps

Go to your account center
After signing in, click the avatar in the top right → Account Center → MCP Integration

Connect Gmail
Click the "Connect Gmail" button to go to the Google authorization page
Permissions required:
- • View email list
- • Send emails
- • Read email content (for AI analysis only)

Complete authorization
On the Google page, select your account and click "Allow"
Usage Examples
You say to the AI:
"Generate a receipt for Zhang San (zhangsan@example.com) for 1000 yuan for website development services, then email it to him."
What the AI does:
- 1. Generate the receipt PDF file
- 2. Send the email via Gmail MCP
- 3. Email subject: [Receipt] Website Development Services
- 4. Email body: a polite, formal message + the receipt attachment
- 5. Notify you "Email sent" once done
FAQ
Q: After authorization, can the AI access all my emails?
A: No. The AI reads emails only when you explicitly request it, and only the parts that are necessary. You can revoke authorization at any time.
Q: How do I revoke Gmail authorization?
A: Option 1: Go to Account Center → MCP Integration → click "Disconnect"

Q: What if an email fails to send?
A: Please check: 1) whether the Gmail authorization has expired 2) whether the recipient's email address is correct 3) whether the attachment exceeds 25MB
