AskAIs is live chat and an AI agent for your website and app. The AI answers questions from your knowledge base, and your team takes over from the web, iPhone, iPad or Android whenever a person is needed.

How it fits together

1. Customers write to you from the widget on your site, the chat inside your app, or Telegram.
2. The AI agent answers first, using what you taught it in Training.
3. When a customer asks for a person, the chat goes to your team in the shared inbox.
4. Your team replies from the web or the app, and can hand the chat back to the AI.

Getting an account

AskAIs is a hosted service. Sign up at askais.com with your email and a password and your workspace is created for you. There is nothing to install or run on your own servers.
